We have a problem with our app locking up on shutdown. It doesn't happen all the time and it's not always easy to reproduce the problem. I finally managed to reproduce it under WinDbg and have some information, but I'm not entirely sure where the problem lies. I've removed all the unmanaged threads from the output.
